Tragic Texts From Mysterious People

I just got a txt message from someone I don't know.
It reads as follows:
"Sorry we ended like this. Am not upset anymore. Hope u found happiness. Good luck."

I feel for someone that sends a heartfelt message of that nature to the wrong person. It strikes me as something that was rehearsed a few times before it was sent. At the same time, your mind starts to really go on the backstory. How long were they together? What did the other person do? How long have they been untogether?
